The Lisbon Carnival this year will take place in Rossio on February 17th. The center of entertainment (featuring parades and parties and music and dance and fun) is the famous Parque das Nacoes. The best artists in Portugal are expected to come to the Carnival and celebrate with the locals and the visitors. So expect loud music and laughter, masks and colorful confetti in a huge display of colourful, good will and merriment.
